Cape boys' and girls' track started off the season out of the blocks with a 110-36 boys' victory and a 123-23 girls' win.
"This was the coldest opening day in the past five years,"' said girls' head coach George Pepper. "We got to take a look at everyone in a couple different events. We are young team that has potential to keep improving as the season progresses."
Cape travels to Indian River Tuesday, March 26, for a tri-meet with the Indians and St. Thomas More.
