The Cape Henlopen High School's boys' and girls' lacrosse programs aren't just elite by happenstance. The groundwork is laid early in players' careers, with many players starting in youth programs like Atlantic Lacrosse.
Any given Sunday, hundreds of little lacrosse players in various age ranges make their presence known, playing along Route 1 at Hudson Fields in Milton under the tutelage of parents whose goal is to help each child grow into a better player.
