Coldwell Banker Resort Realty has been named number one company in Closed Adjusted Gross Commission Income for 2012 for the State of Delaware for the Coldwell Banker franchise system. The Rehoboth Branch has been named number one office and Skip Faust has been named number one agent for his 17th year.

Faust has been a licensed realtor since 1986. He is a Lewes native and actively involved as a coach and mentor in Lewes Little League and Henlopen Soccer Club.

Rick has been licensed in Delaware since 1995.
Also recognized at the corporate level for their achievements were Lee Johnson, Beth Dorman, Kathy Douglass and Kathy DeGrange. Lee Johnson received the International President’s Elite designation for closed transaction volume, a designation earned by only the top 2% of all sales associates internationally. Lee has been in sales since 1998, earned his real estate license in 2001 and his Associate Broker’s license in 2006.
Receiving the International Sterling Society designation for their achievements in 2012 were Beth Dorman, Kathy Douglass and Kathy DeGrange. This places them among the top 14% of all sales associates internationally. Dorman, a Certified Residential Specialist, E-Pro, and Certified Short sale and Foreclosure Resource, has been licensed since 1999. Douglass has been licensed since 2003 and holds her Green Realtor designation. DeGrange, a licensed realtor since 1987, currently holds both a Maryland and Delaware Real Estate License.
