Carol M. Holzman promoted to executive director of Cadbury at Lewes

Cadbury at Lewes announces the promotion of Carol M. Holzman to the position of executive director effective April 1. Holzman has a BA in psychology from the University of Delaware, received her national certification for activity professionals in 2009 and is currently working on her MBA with a concentration in healthcare administration through Wilmington University.

Holzman joined the team at Cadbury at Lewes in January 2007 as director of Resident Services assisting residents with their move to a new lifestyle beginning in May 2007. In December 2011, she received her license as a nursing home administrator and was promoted to associate executive director in April 2012.

In her new role, she will report to Victor D. Amey, president & CEO, Cadbury Senior Services. Her responsibilities include overseeing the efficient operation of all aspects of Cadbury at Lewes including independent living, assisted living and nursing and rehabilitation services.
