Coldwell Banker Resort Realty has been named the No. 1 company in Closed Adjusted Gross Commission Income for 2012 for the state of Delaware for the Coldwell Banker franchise system. The Rehoboth Branch has been named No. 1 office and Skip Faust has been named No. 1 agent for his 17th year.

“Coldwell Banker Resort Realty exemplifies the standards of excellence for which Coldwell Banker affiliate offices are known,” said Dawn Covahey, executive business consultant for Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC. “It is an honor to recognize Coldwell Banker Resort Realty.”

Faust has been a licensed realtor since 1986.  He is a Lewes native and actively involved as a coach and mentor in Lewes Little League and Henlopen Soccer Club.

“Simply, our clients look to us for results, and the leadership at Coldwell Banker Resort Realty makes it possible to provide the best service to our clients, exceed expectations and achieve results. It’s a client-focused team effort,” says Faust.

Faust, along with Rick Bennett, was also recognized with the Coldwell Banker International President’s Circle designation, distinguishing them within the top 5 percent of all Coldwell Banker sales associates internationally. Bennett has served as office manager for the Seaford branch since September 2011 and was recently promoted to vice president and broker of record for that location. Bennett has been licensed in Delaware since 1995.

Also recognized at the corporate level for their achievements were Lee Johnson, Beth Dorman, Kathy Douglass and Kathy DeGrange. Johnson received the International President’s Elite designation for closed transaction volume, a designation earned by only the top 2 percent of all sales associates internationally. Johnson has been in sales since 1998; he earned his real estate license in 2001 and his associate broker’s license in 2006.

Receiving the International Sterling Society designation for their achievements in 2012 were Dorman, Douglass and DeGrange. This places them among the top 14 percent of all sales associates internationally. Dorman, a Certified Residential Specialist, E-Pro, and Certified Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource, has been licensed since 1999. Douglass has been licensed since 2003 and holds her Green Realtor designation. DeGrange, a licensed realtor since 1987, currently holds both Maryland and Delaware real estate licenses.

Faust, Johnson, Bennett, Dorman, Douglass and DeGrange are all members of the National Association of Realtors, Delaware Association of Realtors and the Sussex County Association of Realtors. Johnson and Bennett may be reached at the Seaford branch. Faust, Dorman and Douglass may be reached at the Rehoboth branch. DeGrange may be reached at the Lewes branch.

“It is an honor to receive such recognition. I am proud of the accomplishments of our highly trained professionals in Rehoboth, Lewes and Seaford,“ said Bruce Plummer, broker and chief operating officer.
