Jill Starr Harrison, swam with dolphins
Jill Starr Harrison, 38, of Millsboro, passed away Thursday, April 4, 2013, at Seasons Hospice at Christiana Hospital in Newark, surrounded by her loving family.
Jill was the daughter of George H. “Dick” Harrison Jr. and Judith (Christopher) Thoroughgood. She enjoyed her job as a clerk and photo developer at Rite-Aid in Rehoboth Beach. Jill saw the best in everyone. She loved her family, watching her nephews play baseball, watching football, especially her 49ers, enjoying her two cats and swimming with dolphins.
She is survived by her twin brother, Chris Harrison and his wife Jennifer; nephews, Christopher, Zachary and Noah; nieces, Abby, Kelsey and Cadie; her father, George “Dick” Harrison Jr. and his wife Gladys; and her mother, Judi Thoroughgood and her husband John.
A visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m., Monday, April 8, at the Long Neck chapel of Melson Funeral Services, 32013 Long Neck Road in Millsboro, where a funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, April 9. Burial will be in the Odd Fellows Cemetery in Seaford.
