Stockley Materials hosts ribbon cutting

May 1, 2013

A slight drizzle did not stop Stockley Materials from hosting a ribbon-cutting ceremony April 12 outside Lewes.

The new business, opened March 11, supplies residents with decorative stone, topsoil, mulch and pavers, said Ken Adams, president of Melvin L. Joseph Construction Co., which operates the centers. This is the second location for Stockley Materials; the Georgetown location opened in 2006.

The garden center will be open Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturdays 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

For more information, go to stockleymaterials.com, or call 302-644-7602 for the Nassau store, or 302-856-7601 for the Georgetown location.
