Vincent M. Pryce, Little League coach

Vincent Matthew Pryce, 42, of Lewisville, Pa., died Friday, April 12, 2013, at the Neighborhood Hospice in West Chester, Pa. He was the loving husband of Michele (Haas) Pryce with whom he shared 24 years of marriage.

Born in Upland Pa., he was the son of David H. and Veronica Pryce of Chadds Ford, Pa., and Alma (Halter) Surratt of Millsboro. Vince was a 1988 graduate of Unionville High School where he excelled in many sports. He served in the Marine Corps during Desert Storm. He was a self-employed general contractor for over 20 years. For 13 years he coached Little League baseball. He loved riding his Harley, bow hunting, four-wheeling and playing horseshoes.

In addition to his wife and parents, Vince is survived by his son Matthew of Lewisville, a granddaughter Nevaeh; two brothers, David H. of Kennett Square, Pa., and William A. of Exton, Pa.; one sister, Cora Surratt of Missoula, Mont., and many cousins, nieces and nephews.

You are invited to visit with Vince's family from 7 to 9 p.m., Tuesday, April 16, at the Kuzo & Grieco Funeral Home Inc., 250 W. State St., Kennett Square, PA 19348 and from 9 to 10 a.m., Wednesday, April 17, at St. Cornelius Catholic Church, 160 Ridge Road, Chadds Ford, PA 19317. His Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10 a.m.
