Fred Charles Hill of Milford passed away peacefully Sunday, April 14, 2013, at the Milford Hospice Center in Milford. Fred was born in Rehoboth Sept. 27, 1924.

Fred served in the Navy for 10 years; he was a World War II veteran and retired from the police force in New Bedford, Mass.

He leaves to cherish his memories Elsie Kenton from Dover; niece, Katie Kenton; nephews, Gene Kenton of Bethany Beach; Bill and Duane Kenton of Frankford; stepdaughter, Steuart and Betty Mello of New Bedford, Mass.; stepdaughter, Annette Maciejewski of New Bedford, Mass.; stepsister, Louis Mary Holloway of Nanticoke, Md.; stepbrother, Alfred and Connie Collins of Georgetown; niece, Janet Swain of Milford; Helena and Dean Pepper of Milton; late wife Sally Hill who preceded him in death from New Bedford, Mass., died at Milford Hospice.
