Ruth Ann Melson, 73, of Ocean View passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family Saturday, April 20, 2013, at Beebe Medical Center in Lewes.
Ruth Ann was born in Millville April 11, 1940, daughter of the late William J. and Dorothy H. (Timmons) Morgan. She worked in hotel maintenance before her retirement.
She is survived by her loving husband of 54 years, Harvey G. Melson; and three sisters, Betty Jane Atkins, Pauline White and Barbara Melson.
A funeral service will be held at noon, Wednesday, April 24, at the Frankford Chapel of Melson Funeral Services, 43 Thatcher St., Frankford, where friends and family may call after 11 a.m. Interment will follow at St. George’s Cemetery in Clarksville.
