Coldwell Banker Resort Realty welcomes Pat Coluzzi

April 27, 2013

Coldwell Banker Resort Realty in Rehoboth Beach announces the recent addition of Pat Coluzzi to the firm.

Coluzzi holds public office as a city commissioner in Rehoboth Beach, a position she has held for five years. Coluzzi is also the president of the Lewes Rehoboth Canal Improvement Association, whose mission is improving the appearance and functionality of the Lewes-Rehoboth Canal.

The current initiative is to pave the way for green, public transportation along the canal via a solar-powered water shuttle.

Coluzzi is the founder and market master of the Rehoboth Beach Farmers Market. Now in its sixth year, the market is a producer-only market that brings in substantial revenues for local farmers and was chosen as one of the top 20 farmers markets in the country.

In addition to being a realtor, she is also a consultant in the renewable energy field where she provides expertise to residential, commercial and municipal clients.

“I am very pleased that Pat made the choice to join Coldwell Banker Resort Realty and our team of highly trained professionals. I know her background and experience will prove invaluable to our clients and customers,” said Bruce Plummer, broker and chief operating officer.

Pat Coluzzi may be reached by phone at 302-227-5000, email to pcoluzzi@cbanker.com or in person at Coldwell Banker Resort Realty, 20184 Coastal Highway, Rehoboth Beach.
