Long Neck AARP learns about natural honey from local beekeepers

Long Neck AARP Chapter 4903 members enjoyed a luncheon talk April 24,  "Natural Honey and Bee Products" by Carol and Mike Hudson, owners of Honey Bee Lake Apiary in Frankford.

AARP Chapter 4903 will next host a luncheon at the American Legion, 31768 Legion Road Wednesday, May 22, when Roger Marino will speak about Mountaire Farms, a fast-growing agricultural food processing company with more than 6,000 employees at facilities in Delaware, Maryland and North Carolina. The luncheon begins at noon and ends before 3 p.m.

RSVP is required to Marie at 302-684-8485 by Friday, May 17. The luncheon and presentation cost $12 for chapter members, $12.50 for nonmembers.
