What strides Milton is making now!

May 2, 2013

Milton, keep looking good and keep those positive articles appearing in local papers on all the wonderful events coming to our town.  And as the Cape Gazette's Nick Roth wrote in the April 26 edition (Milton's new council looks toward the future), Mayor Jones is providing to council and especially newcomers Esthelda 'Stell' Parker-Selby, Michael Cote and John Collier, the opportunity to offer ideas and input to build and secure Milton's future.  Mayor Jones is also energizing the various committees chaired by councilpersons and in my opinion, Milton's strength will come from these committees and their dedicated volunteer members.

Jam-packed cars arrived at last Friday's Farmers Market.  Again on Saturday, so many people arrived for Milton's "Shakespeare in the Park" event.  Many are realizing Milton has so much to offer and look at the sharp increase in homes sold in my Milton neighborhood, Wagamons West Shore.  Home buyers can clearly see that Milton is a wonderful town and a great location too!

Saturday, May 18, Mayor Jones gives Milton residents a chance to share their concerns and visions for Milton.  Our mayor is looking for input so bring your suggestions to this community meeting and in my opinion, witness a transparent and public service minded administration in action.

Milton, you are looking good!
