The Cape Henlopen boys’ lacrosse team traveled north to Polytech May 1 and came home with a solid 10-4 win. Five of the Vikings’ 10 goals game in the fourth quarter of the game.
Blake Mann led the way with four goals, while Todd Keen dropped two goals and two assists. Luke Benson, Michael Hopkins, Logan Mathews and Justin Lopez each notched one goal each. Benson, Nick DiGuglielmo and Hopkins each contributed an assist to the cause.
Cape outshot the Panthers 34-13, and goalkeeper Tony Iammatteo recorded three saves in the win.
The Vikings will travel to Sussex Tech Friday, May 3. Game time is set for 7 p.m.
