As a merchant owner in Historic Lewes, I met Nancy Joseph when she was publishing the well sought after "Best Places In Town" guide. I use to advertise in that guide, mainly because I liked the vision and was one of the front runners of the slogan "Shop Local, Buy Local and Be Local!"
Not only did she believe in the slogan, but she also lived it, which is evident by the many things she has done and continues to do for our community.
