Mended Hearts raise funds at Irish Eyes

First Town Mended Hearts Chapter 344 partnered with Irish Eyes in Lewes to raise funds May 1. A portion of the proceeds from Irish Eyes food sales was donated to Mended Hearts.

Mended Hearts partners with hospitals and rehabilitation clinics to help those affected by heart disease to have a positive patient-care experience. The services are provided through visiting programs, support groups and educational forums. Funds raised will be contributed to the Dakota McLamb Memorial Fund and the Cardiac Rehab Center at Beebe Medical Center.
