The Dewey Business Partnership will sponsor the second annual Dewey Beach Arts Fest from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday, May 11, on Dagsworthy Avenue, bayside in Dewey Beach.
The arts fest will feature 60 artists and crafters. Art includes jewelry, ceramics, wood, photography, paintings, pastel, mixed media, fabric, quilts, leather, glass, candles and more.
In addition to the artist vendors, there will also be a mini art gallery displaying art from the students of Cape Henlopen School District, and a silent auction.
The festival also includes live entertainment from Viki Dee, a live band and two magic shows as well as face painting, free balloons and a moon bounce.
Dewey restaurants will be serving free food samples throughout the festival.
Parking and admission are free. Complimentary gift-wrapping for Mother’s Day will be available. Parking will be prohibited on Dagsworthy Avenue bayside beginning at 6 p.m., Friday, May 10. Dagsworhty Avenue will be closed to traffic from 6 a.m. to 4:45 p.m., Saturday, May 11.
