Milton Lions Club donates to Meals on Wheels program

Milton Lions Club King Lion Ed Springer and his wife Delores are shown presenting a $500 donation to Florence Mason, CHEER Nutrition Program director, left. This donation was earmarked for Milton Meals on Wheels.

The Springers know firsthand the need for funding. They have been Meals on Wheels volunteers in Milton for more than five years, and in that short time, their route has doubled.
