An open letter to voters of Lewes

May 17, 2013

I am deeply grateful to all of you for your support during my bid for a seat on the Lewes City Council. During the weeks of my neighborhood campaign “triathlons” (while biking, walking and climbing stairs) and neighborhood “meet and greet” opportunities, I had an opportunity to meet many wonderful folks and hear their thoughts on issues important to the future of our wonderful city.

Your support and friendship never wavered. I cannot adequately express how deeply indebted I am to you. Thank you very much for your support. I wish success to Mayor Ford and city council members as they embark upon decisions important to the future of our beloved city of Lewes.

Candace Vessella
