On Friday, May 17th, the Home Builders Association of Delaware held the 21st annual Regal Awards ceremony to recognize the outstanding accomplishments of its builder and associate partners.
Renew Smart Renovation was recognized for their excellence in remodeling, winning - Best Bath Remodel under $25,000 for the Clayton Street residence, Best Kitchen Remodel under $50,000 for the Newcastle Street residence and Best Renovation/Addition over $150,000 for the 59 Tidewater residence.
