Memorial Day weekend off to chilly start

Only a few people ventured out on Rehoboth Beach Saturday morning thanks to cold and windy conditions. However, it didn't stop Carston and Sloane Hiltner of Baltimore from playing in the sand. Forecasters say weather conditions should improve slightly for the final two days of the Memorial Day weekend.
