William FC Severs, Henlopen Grange member

William FC Severs, 84, of Dagsboro, died at Beebe Medical Center in Lewes, Friday, June 14, 2013.

He is survived by his son, Donald Severs and his wife, Jennie; his daughter, Laura Moore and her husband, Herbert; a brother, Samuel Severs; two stepdaughters, Ruth and Laura Brown; a stepson, Peter Brown; and a grandchild, Hunter Severs.

He was a member of Henlopen Grange No. 20 in Lewes, American Legion Post 28 in Millsboro, Armwell Lodge 12 F.&.A.M. in Lambertville, N.J. and a retired Frankford Volunteer Fire Company fireman.

A visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m., Monday, June 17, at the Frankford Chapel of Melson Funeral Services, 43 Thatcher St., Frankford. A viewing will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. and a Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, June 18, at St. Edmond Catholic Church, 409 King Charles Ave., Rehoboth Beach. Burial will be private at a later date at Colonel Armwell Long Cemetery near Frankford.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions in William’s memory to the Frankford Volunteer Fire Company, PO Box 99, Frankford, DE 19945.
