Shows run every Tuesday through Aug. 20

The Starboard restaurant will present free comedy shows every Tuesday night from June 18 through Aug. 20.  In partnership with OutFront Entertainment, The Starboard is bringing the best and funniest headliners in comedy to the beach this season.

Owner Steve Montgomery is excited about the addition to the season’s schedule. “It’s a bit of a curve ball to our normal summer entertainment schedule, and these are incredible comedians brought in from all around America,” he says.

The performers include heavy hitters like Mark DeMayo, a former NYPD officer turned comic.  Others include Geno Bisconte, as well as Reverend Bob Levy, whose title is no prediction of how outrageous his comedy act will get.

The Starboard invites all to enjoy the action as well as half-price appetizers and micro/craft brews along with $3 Tito’s Vodka drinks from 8 to 11 p.m. All shows start at 9 p.m. The Starboard’s comedy series is for audiences 21 and older.

The schedule runs as follows: June 18 - Joey Gay, June 25 - Chipps Cooney and Angel Salazar, July 9 - Reverend Bob Levy, July 16 - Jeff Norris, July 23 - Mark DeMayo, July 30 - Chris DiStefano and Pete Davidson, Aug. 6 - Geno Bisconte, Aug. 13 - Josh Spear and Maddog Mattern, and Aug. 20 - Gemini.
