Villages of Five Points resident asks question

June 21, 2013

On April 5, a letter was sent to Sussex County Council members Michael Vincent, Samuel Wilson, Joan Deaver, George Cole and Vance Phillips and planning commission members Robert Wheatley, Michael Johnson, Martin Ross, Rodney Smith and Irin Burton and copied to the 568 property owners at the Villages of Five Points.

The letter points out a violation of Ordinance No. 2196 and ask the county to enforce such ordinance and to stop the use of the property this ordinance refers to. Nothing has been forthcoming from the council either thru response to the letter or publicly through the Cape Gazette.

What say you Sussex County Council?

What say you Sussex County Planning Commission?
