Julleanna Seely joins Bay to Beach Builders' sales team

July 3, 2013

Bay to Beach Builders Inc., a builder of fine homes featuring Amish craftsmanship located in Greenwood, expands its team with the addition of Julleanna Seely as a new home sales specialist.

Seely brings more than 10 years of sales and marketing experience in the construction industry. She sold for one of the nation’s largest new home builders for the past six years with proven success in Delaware, Maryland Virginia and Indiana.

A Sussex County native and graduate of Greenwood Mennonite School, Seely returns to Delaware to join Bay to Beach Builders after three years of selling homes in Indianapolis, Ind., and Richmond, Va. In early 2012, Seely earned top regional awards for both new home sales volume and customer service excellence in Indianapolis’ competitive market. Prior to new home sales, Seely managed marketing for Nason Construction Inc., a construction management firm based in Wilmington.

In her new role, Seely will lead marketing efforts for Bay to Beach Builders and sell custom homes to be built on either the client’s own lot or in the Apple Tree Crossing community off Redden Road in Bridgeville. That community features the Appletree model home, which won Bay to Beach Builders a national home design award earlier this year and is now open to the public every day.

Seely received bachelor of science degrees in communications and history from Liberty University in 2003.
