Coldwell Banker Resort Realty is pleased to announce the firm’s top producers for the month of June. For the Rehoboth branch, the top listing agent, top selling agent and top overall agent was Skip Faust. For the Lewes branch, the top listing agent, top selling agent and top overall agent was Kathy DeGrange.
Faust, a licensed Realtor since 1986, is a Lewes native. He has been recognized as Delaware’s number one agent for the Coldwell Banker Brand for 17 consecutive years and is a member of the President’s International Gold Circle ranking him within the top 5% of all Coldwell Banker sales associates internationally. He is actively involved as a coach and mentor with both Lewes Little League and Henlopen Soccer Club.
DeGrange, a licensed realtor since 1987, currently holds both a Maryland and a Delaware Real Estate License. She is involved in Read a Loud Delaware and the Village Improvement Association.
