Don Sumner
Don Sumner of Shalimar, Fla., passed away Sunday, July 7, 2013. He was formerly of Arlington, Va. and Rehoboth Beach.
Born Dec. 24, 1928, in St. Louis, Mo., he is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Bonnie Kelly Sumner. Survivors also include: brother Bruce Sumner; nephew Tom Easterling; nieces Karen Chaconas, Debbie Cowden, Donna Salazar, Carol Billings, Linda Billings, Judy Wright and her husband, and Don's special friend, Ruel Wright.
Don was career Air Force, living in Arlington, from 1960-82 and retiring to Rehoboth Beach for 30 years, recently relocating to Shalimar.
Interment at Arlington National Cemetery will be held at a later date.
