Thanks to Lewes community following fire

July 15, 2013

On June 27 lightning struck our home.  Thank the good Lord no one was injured.

Lewes Fire Department trucks came immediately.  They thoroughly checked our house - stem to stern - and chimney also.

Chief Reynolds' very competent crew cleared glass from the street light and remained to give us protective guidance.  We are indebted to them all and wish to say thank you.

The Bay Breeze Homeowners showed us their loving care and concern.  We are indeed  "Rich" from their "glow of giving." Lucky us.
