Crafty people assemble at Lewes Historical Society Complex

July 19, 2013

The rainy weather broke just in time July 13 for the annual Lewes Historical Society Craft Fair. About 2,500 people attended the event to explore the works of nearly 70 artisans. The society has been hosting craft fairs since the mid-1970s to provide an outlet for the Eastern Shore's myriad crafts people. This year's featured artist was Wes Stack, a ceramic artist from Milton. Proceeds from the event benefit the society's education and preservation programs.
