Richardine "Dee" Carter Cohen, 63, of Milton, passed away Friday, July 12, 2013, at her residence.
There will be a viewing Friday, July 19, from 6 to 8 p.m., at Friendship Baptist Church, 500 W. 4th Street, Lewes, and the funeral service will be Saturday, July 20, at 1 p.m. at the church, where friends may call two hours prior.
