Cape May, NJ- Experience “Beatlemania” aboard the Cape May – Lewes Ferry this summer with Sir Beatle! On Sunday July 21st and Sunday August 18th the Ferry will host the “Sir Beatle” Sing-Along Show for passengers in Lewes as well as Cape May. Recreating the Beatles phenomenon on stage, this show chronologically highlights the journey of the Beatles from their career debut on the “Ed Sullivan Show” in 1964 to their final live performance in 1969.

“Having Sir Beatle perform for our passengers is always a treat” says Charisse Rudolph, customer service manager at the Cape May – Lewes Ferry.  “Whether you’re a true Beatlemaniac, or just someone who appreciates singing along to the classics, the show is a perfect mixture of nostalgia, and musical fun that will take passengers on a ride back in history from their debut on the Ed Sullivan Show in 1964 to their final live performance in 1969.”

The performance features live vocals, live bass guitar, state of the art drum and guitar tracks, and authentic Beatle costuming, including their classic black suits. All of these features allow “Sir Beatle” to capture the essence and sound of a real live Beatles performance.

“Sir Beatle” will play a 45 minute set in the Debraak Lounge on the MV Twin Capes. Food will be available during the crossing and a cash bar will be open in the lounge.  Two shows are scheduled for each day.
