Good for Joan Deaver and her questions about DelDOT's prioritizes projects. I am one of the people who live in Delaware and every time I see in the Cape Gazette about accidents I started to wonder just how DelDOT allocates there funds for projects. We need a smart someone to come in and help us to save people who visit the beaches. It's getting out of hand. Thank you, Joan Deaver, for speaking up. I'm hoping there will be others.
