Stanley Tobin joins Coldwell Banker Resort Realty in Seaford

Rick Bennett, broker of Coldwell Banker Resort Realty's Seaford office, announces the addition of Stanley G. Tobin, realtor, licensed in Delaware and Maryland, to the organization. As a Seaford native, Tobin returns to Delmarva, joining associate broker Nancy Price to form Price-Tobin Associates.

Tobin has been in the financial services industry for over 30 years, within private wealth management, institutional marketing and investment banking. Most recently based in New York, he has focused on capital placement for growth companies seeking private equity and venture capital.

Prior, he worked as an institutional marketer for hedge and private equity funds. Previously he worked in the Washington, D.C. area as a private wealth manager for Deutsche Bank Alex. Brown and Merrill Lynch. He has been married for 23 years to his wife Jennifer, with whom he has four children, Richard, 22; Zachary, 20; Caroline,16 and Natalie, 15.

Price, also native to Seaford, has been serving Sussex County for eight years as an experienced agent and associate broker. She has won Coldwell Banker Resort Realty’s President’s Gold Award for the last two years. In addition to being presented with the Seaford office's Manager’s Award for 2012, she was ranked third in Coldwell Banker corporate state of Delaware’s first-quarter reports in all four categories. Married 22 years to Jim Price, she and Jim have one daughter Lauren, 20, presently attending the University of Delaware.

Together, Price-Tobin Associates look forward to providing the full spectrum of real estate services to the Eastern Shore including listing properties, buyer representation, and investment property advisement for both residential and commercial properties.
