Delaware based Anesthesia Services, P.A. will be the Title Sponsor of the Nanticoke Health Services twenty-seventh annual golf tournament on Thursday, September 19 and Friday, September 20 at Heritage Shores Club in Bridgeville, Delaware. Thursday’s tournament will be Ladies Day, and Friday’s tournament will be the traditional tournament open to men and women.
“It is exciting to have such dedicated organizations working together with Nanticoke toward improving the health of our community,” says Steven A. Rose RN MN, President and CEO of Nanticoke Health Services. “We are grateful to Anesthesia Services for their leadership in supporting this event benefitting mothers and newborns at Nanticoke Memorial Hospital.”
The tournament will consist of 18 holes with four-person teams utilizing a handicapped scramble format. Participants will enjoy a fun-filled day at Heritage Shores Club, an Arthur Hills classic links style course. Both days will consist of practice, 18-holes of golf, delicious food, and gross and net team prizes. Golfers will have numerous chances to test their skills by competing in on-course activities.
Community support of events, such as the golf tournaments, helps Nanticoke Health Services expand and provide healthcare programs for Sussex County. The proceeds from this year’s tournaments will benefit Nanticoke’s Mother and Baby Care Center through a new Fetal Monitoring System. The new system will assist in promoting positive outcomes by providing a more complete picture of the mother and baby during labor and delivery and enhancing the coordination of care between the physicians and nursing.
Additional avenues of supporting the tournaments include eagle, birdie, and par levels of sponsorship, as well as tee sign and Pink Links sponsorships.Sponsorship opportunities are available to individuals and businesses.
