The 2013 Zap World Championships of Skimboarding heated up the sand and surf Aug. 10 and 11 on Swedes Street in Dewey Beach. The waves cooperated, and the skill level was high as skimmers from all over the East Coast and South America displayed their prowess on the Atlantic shore at the second longest-running skimboarding championships in the world.
