The Rehoboth Art League kicked off its 40th Annual Outdoor Fine Art and Crafts Show Aug. 10-11 at its historic campus in Henlopen Acres. The show continues Saturday and Sunday, Aug 17-18.

Perfect weather set the scene for happy art patrons, families and friends who enjoyed the stroll through the three-plus-acre art league and gardens and viewed and purchased amazing fine art and fine crafts from over 120 artisans, all amidst a myriad of white tents. This year's outdoor show helps celebrate the RAL’s 75th anniversary as a nonprofit arts organization. Funds raised go toward the many programs at the art league. A variety of artists and craftspeople are featured at the show along with food, music and pottery demonstrations by the RAL potters. Shown is artist Nanett Noone, left, as she talks about her collage with Lewes resident Lanelle Hearn.

Add to this the sound of music from entertainers, kids having their faces painted and great food and you have all the reasons to return for the last two days of the show on August 17th & 18th.
