Charlotte R. Tyson, 82, of Quakertown died Thursday, Aug. 8, 2013, after a lengthy illness. She was born in North Charleroi, Pa., Sept. 1, 1930, the daughter of the late Theodore and Ann Pierce Feevey.
She was a 1948 graduate of Charleroi High School and attended University of Pittsburgh, Presbyterian Hospital and received her nursing degree. She worked at Sacred Heart Hospital and Wildman Jacquard Co., both in Norristown Pa.; Kravco Inc., King of Prussia, Pa.; and Painters Crossing Condominiums, Chadds Ford, Pa. She retired to Delaware where she enjoyed nature, the beach and bird watching, and was an avid reader.
She is survived by three daughters, Saundra (Mark) Clark, Phoenixville Pa., Diane (Mike) Woodman, Marietta Pa., and Barbara (Frank) Kraemer, Macungie Pa.; one son, Nicholas Scheponik of Dushore, Pa.; 15 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; one sister, Dorothy Moyer, Beallsville, Pa.; three half brothers, William (Lorena) Feevey, Charleroi, Richard Feevey, North Charleroi, and Lawrence (Marge) Feevey, Zelienople, Pa.; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, who raised her, Harry and Charlotte Feevey; a brother, Charles Feevey; and a sister, Helen Maisano.
