Steve Newman joins Coldwell Banker Resort Realty Lewes Branch

Coldwell Banker Resort Realty, is pleased to announce the recent addition of Steve Newman to the firm’s Lewes Branch.

After 22 years living in Delaware, Steve has chosen to rekindle a previous passion for real estate by acquiring his Delaware Real Estate License. Steve worked for Coldwell Banker as a licensed agent for five years when living in Columbus, Ohio.

Steve has proudly served as an active member of the US Army and Reserves for the past 34 years. He previously volunteered as a fireman for six years. He has coached Little League for the past four years and has also held the Vice President position of two leagues. He is currently serving as a Little League board member.

Prior to obtaining his Delaware Real Estate License, Steve owned and operated his own retail business for five years. He has over twenty years of management experience.
