Donald L. Raines, 69, of Lewes, passed away suddenly Saturday, Aug. 17, 2013.
Loving husband of Candace Raines; devoted father of Adam R. Raines; proud grandfather of Hannah E. Raines. He is also survived by his brother, Dr. David R. Raines; and his sister, Patricia L. Raines.
He will be deeply missed by many.
The family will receive relatives and friends Thursday, Aug. 22, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the chapel of Melson Funeral Services, 32013 Long Neck Road in Millsboro, where the funeral service will be held Friday, Aug. 23, at 11a.m. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Donald’s memory to any animal shelter of your choice.
