JoAnne Stella Kilsheimer, 70, of Silver Spring, Md., passed away suddenly Tuesday, Aug. 13, 2013.
Friends may visit to celebrate JoAnne’s life Tuesday, Aug. 27, from 6 to 8 p.m., at Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Atkins-Lodge Chapel, 16961 Kings Hwy., Lewes.
