Cape Henlopen schools to hold open houses
Cape Henlopen School District will hold open houses for its schools and programs this week.
On Tuesday, Aug. 27, a ninth-grade orientation and picnic will be held 12:45-3 p.m. at the high school. Also on Tuesday, Little Vikings Lewes School will hold an open house from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. And Sussex Consortium Lewes School will hold open house from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.
On Wednesday, Aug. 28, the following schools will hold open houses: Shields Elementary kindergarten and first-grades from 4 to 5 p.m.; Shields Elementary second- and third-grades from 5 to 6 p.m.; Shields fourth- and fifth-grades from 6 to 7 p.m.; Beacon Middle School from 1 to 3 p.m.; and Rehoboth Elementary School from 6 to 8 p.m.
Mariner Middle School will hold a new student preview from 2 to 3 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 28.
On Thursday, Aug. 29, Milton Elementary School will hold open house from 5:30 to 7 p.m.; and H.O. Brittingham Elementary will hold open house from 6 to 7:30 p.m.
Mariner Middle will hold its open house 6 to 7:30 p.m. Monday, Sept. 16; Cape Henlopen High School will hold open house at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 17.
