The Dewey Beach Civic League held its annual Candidates Forum Aug. 24.
The event was well attended despite the lack of an election this year. The entire forum is available to view on our website, www.4dewey.com. I would like to sincerely thank all three candidates, Mayor Diane Hanson, Commissioner Anna Legates and soon to be Commissioner Ellen Danaher, for taking time to answer our members' questions and enjoy an evening with us. Their responses showed their love of Dewey Beach and the willingness to serve our community fairly.
