VIA preps for Sept. 23 golf tournament

Members of the Village Improvement Association golf committee met recently with co-chairs Shirley Fleegle and Nancy McDonnell to finalize plans for their 15th Annual Charity Golf Tournament to be held at The Peninsula Golf Club in Millsboro Monday, Sept. 23.

Registration for the event is $125, which includes cart, Southern barbecue lunch and prizes galore. Registration begins at 8 a.m. with 9 a.m. shotgun start.
