Dale Dunning featured speaker at Caring for the Shepherd Breakfast

Dale Dunning of Jusst Sooup Ministries and Jusst Sooup Kitchen visited Heritage at Milford Aug. 27 to talk with pastors and residents at the Caring for the Shepherd Informational Pastor Breakfast.

Dunning, the featured speaker at the event, shared her life experiences and signed copies of her new book, "Jusst Dale."

An expert geriatric panel which included Heather Steuer from Home Instead Senior Care, Terri Brisbane from Delaware Hospice, Kristy Handley from Delaware Hospice and Melissa Heverin from Heritage at Milford discussed topics from caregiver fatigue to dementia.

Dunning also presented a complimentary copy of her CD, "Just Soup," a song inspired by Dunning and her Jusst Sooup Ministry, and she joined residents for lunch in the Heritage dining room.
