Because he grew up in Alexandria, Va., the nearby Delaware beaches have always been a big part of Adam’s life. He purchased and renovated his first property in Rehoboth Beach in 2001 and set a goal to move to the beach permanently. At that time, he had a successful career in design and space planning in the residential and contract furniture industries in the D.C. Metro area, but he felt strongly about making the move to the Delaware coast.
