Sea Witch kickoff includes family fun activities Oct. 25

The 24th Annual Sea Witch Halloween and Fiddler’s Festival kickoff Friday, Oct. 25, will offer fun for the little ones and family.

Choo Choo Express train rides provided by Grand Rental Station will be in Grove Park taking small children on short rides through the park in train cars powered by a John Deere lawn mower. The train will run from 3 to 6 p.m. and is best for those age 8 and under.

Children can also create a free festival keepsake necklace using colorful sand. F & M Sand Art will be in the pavilions at Grove Park from 3 to 6 p.m.

An outdoor movie in the park is fun for everyone. Bring a lawn chair, blanket, refreshments and the entire family for a movie in the park. “Mirror, Mirror” will begin at approximately 6:30 p.m. in Grove Park.

There are no fees for the Friday activities, but donations are appreciated. These are outdoor activities; limited parking isavailable at Grove Park.
