Pru Gallo donates $1,500 to Epworth Skate Project

September 29, 2013

Epworth UMC Skate Project recently received a $1,500 donation from Prudential Gallo Realtors toward its $50,000 goal. The group is raising funds to build a concrete skate park on the grounds of Epworth United Methodist Church on Holland Glade Road in Rehoboth.

"We at Prudential Gallo Realtors are happy to help fund the Epworth UMC Skate Park. There is a huge need in our community for healthy, outdoor activities that are free of charge and easily accessible," said Bette Gallo.

"This skate park will be a huge hit with skaters of all ages," said Andrew Ratner.  Organizers of the Skate Project hope to be fully funded by Oct. 15.

For information on how to donate, call Susan Selph at 302-245-6193 or go to www.eumcrb.org/sk8.
