LYC opens vendor registration for Dec. 7 Christmas Craft Fair
The Lewes Yacht Club will once again hold its annual Christmas Craft Fair in conjunction with the Lewes Christmas House Tour Saturday, Dec. 7. The club is now accepting vendor reservations on a first-come, first-served basis.
No one is guaranteed a space based on participating in 2012. The club will be providing a six-foot table and two chairs. The cost will be $35 per table. Electrical outlets are available for all spaces. Reservations will be confirmed when the club has received payment in full. There is a limit of two tables and spaces per person. LYC will again be placing announcements in several local and state newspapers, and the event will be listed in the program for the Lewes Christmas House Tour.
Vendors will set up between 7:30 and 9:30 a.m. the day of the fair. There will be free coffee and donuts available during setup. The fair will run from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. All vendors are expected to stay until 4 p.m.
Lunch will once again be served in the spacious dining room overlooking the Delaware Bay. Vendors may not sell food items such as sandwiches and beverages that are in direct competition with the Lewes Yacht Club.
Vendors who would like to rent a space for the fair should call Chair Peggy Kernehan at 302-645-6254 to reserve a desired location. Leave a message, and Kernehan will return the call as soon as possible. After request is confirmed, vendors will have two weeks to submit payment. If a vendor must cancel due to an emergency, contact Kernehan as soon as possible, as there is a waiting list.
