Photographer Nikhil Bahl to present 'Creative Interpretations' at Coastal Camera Club Oct. 9

Hosted by the Coastal Camera Club, renowned professional photographer Nikhil Bahl will present “Creative Interpretations” at 7 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 9, at the Cadbury at Lewes retirement community, 17028 Cadbury Circle, Lewes.

Bahl will explore the many ways a photographer can interpret a subject to create a photograph. From subject selection to focal length, shutter speed and aperture,  camera placement and post-processing, a photographer makes many decisions that interpret the subject. In his presentation, Bahl will take the audience into the realm of conceptualizing and interpreting the scene that is to be captured by the creative photographer. The ideas and photos to be presented are part of Bahl's eBook, “Creative Interpretations.”

Bahl is a professional photographer, educator, author, lecturer and workshop instructor.  His work has been published in a number of print and electronic media. The Coastal Camera Club is dedicated to promoting an interest in photography and advancing the skills of members through learning and sharing of photographic knowledge and experiences. Guests are always welcome to visit the CCC meetings and competitions at the Cadbury at Lewes Retirement Community.
