On behalf of the Lewes Chamber of Commerce’s Historic Lewes Business Committee and their Fun Friday Oktoberfest organizing committee, we would like to thank our sponsor Dogfish Head Craft Brewery for their second year of support. Their financial support and donation of the highly coveted commemorative beer steins have contributed to the event’s success the past two years.
Our event chairman Chet Poslusny’s guidance was inspired from his love of all things German, including Dogfish’s pilsner-style My Antonia beer. He also does a mean chicken dance! Thanks also to Crystal Heidel for her graphic design materials and event logo design and to our intrepid volunteers Faye and Frosty McDaniel for helping us with the set up on Market Street. We also appreciated the continued support of all the chamber events by the City of Lewes Police and streets department.
